Yes — we deliver against a valid prescription. Send your prescription to the pharmacy on WhatsApp (+91 9503509223) and we will deliver it or keep it ready for pickup. Medicines are not sold, ordered or paid for online through this website.
You request an appointment on the booking page — first choose the doctor, then a day and a slot from their own schedule. Our team confirms your slot by call/WhatsApp. If it’s urgent, please call us directly.
Dr. Shweta Gangurde Chauhan (MBBS, MD) runs the general OPD, Monday to Saturday, 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM — fever, infections, stomach and breathing complaints, diabetes, blood pressure and family medicine. Dr. Khushbu Shrivastava (M.B.B.S., D.G.O.) runs the Women's Clinic on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM — pregnancy care, periods and hormonal issues, fertility, adolescent care, menopause and general gynaecology. You can see either, or both.
Choose Women's Clinic on the booking page and pick one of her 20-minute morning slots on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. Her requests go to 9096246254 on WhatsApp — a different number from the general OPD, so your message reaches the right desk.
For the general OPD, yes — walk-ins may be possible depending on the queue, and appointments get priority when scheduled. For the Women's Clinic, please book: it is a fixed two-hour morning session on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, so slots run out.
If you’re late, your consult may move to the next available slot based on the queue. Please inform us via WhatsApp/call if you’re running late.
This website is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest emergency facility immediately.
