Tests That Fit You
Chosen for your age, history and symptoms — not a fixed package sold to everybody.
A check-up that ends in a conversation
Most health check-ups end with a PDF full of numbers and nobody to explain them. This one ends with a doctor going through the report line by line — what is actually abnormal, what is a lab artefact, what needs treating now and what only needs watching. Sensible tests for your age and history, not a package padded out to look thorough.

Chosen for your age, history and symptoms — not a fixed package sold to everybody.
The doctor walks through the report with you: what is abnormal, what matters, what doesn't.
An actual examination alongside the bloodwork — numbers alone miss plenty.
Family history, weight, blood pressure and sugar considered together to judge real risk.
You leave knowing what to act on now and when the next check is due.
Results stay on file, so next year's check-up is a comparison rather than a fresh start.

Common questions
For most blood panels, an overnight fast of 8–10 hours is needed. You will be told exactly what is required when you book.
Yes. Bring the reports — including older ones — and they will be read and explained. Comparing across time is often more useful than a single result.
We prefer to choose tests based on your age, history and symptoms rather than sell a fixed package. In practice this is usually both cheaper and more useful.
Most routine blood reports are available within 24 hours. You can return, or discuss them on WhatsApp and come in if the doctor wants to examine you.
